Terms of Service
Terms of Service
By using Exhale you agree to these terms.
Using the app
Exhale reads your heart and sleep data from Apple Health or Health Connect, and — if you allow it — your calendar, to estimate your stress and guide you through breathing sessions. You grant that access yourself and can withdraw it at any time in your device settings. Exhale reads your calendar; it never changes or shares your events.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through the app store you purchased from. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; manage or cancel in your store account settings. Deleting your Exhale account does not cancel your subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to draw conclusions about anyone other than yourself.
Disclaimer
Exhale is provided “as is”. It is a wellbeing companion, not a medical device: your stress score is an estimate built from heart-rate patterns and your calendar, it does not diagnose any condition, and it must never replace advice from a doctor or therapist. Health data availability depends on your device and its app, which can affect results. The SOS screen only dials a contact you saved yourself — in a crisis or medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exhale is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
